I lived at Waterford Place for almost a year and cant say I truly have any comlaints. It is an older property but the unit is worth the rent I am paying to be in this particular area of Overland Park. I will be moving this year only to enter the housing market but dont have any true complaints about the property. Sometimes neigbors get noisy but not more then any other place I have lived. I would say if you need a cheaper apartment in a nice area this is a good choice.
