We moved to this apartment complex in July 2008 and, on the whole, are pretty satisfied. Maintenance is prompt and the staff are friendly. Their pet policy states that cats must be declawed, but we refused to do this and they have looked the other way - as well they should since we had to pay a $300 pet deposit (only half of which is refundable) and have to pay a monthly pet fee of $15, which is supposed to pay for cleaning up after pets outside despite the fact that our cat is kept indoors. The filters are supposed to be changed every three months but, although they post the fliers on your door stating they are going to change them, I have only been aware of the filter being changed twice - although it is possible that they have changed them on the weekend when we are both out (I mostly work from home). They have sprayed for bugs twice since we moved in, but really all this seems to do is cause a rush of spiders coming out of their hiding places for the next few days and we then have to kill them ourselves. We have found it much more effective to buy Hot Shot Spider Killer and spray round the doors and vents to put spiders off entering the apartment. On the plus side, we've seen no sign of cockroaches while we've lived here. The apartment that we are in is fairly quiet and the appliances are in good condition.
