I would have stayed for a few more years if not due to a layoff. I have lived in many apartments, but this was by far my best experience. Its quiet, maintained well, the gounds are cleaned daily, and the staff is very friendly. Maintenace is timely, and get its done the first time. All this is true, but what prompted me to go to the trouble of writing this review was the way the manager handled my last day. I ask to stay one day past my lease to handle a family issue. I got a message from the manager not only telling me that it was ok, but also telling me what a valued resident I was and that I will be missed. I was treated like a customer, not a tenat under the heal of a contract. Thank you Ruby Martin (manager). Best wishes to you.

P.S. Laundry rooms are clean and well maintained. The washers wash and he dryers dry. No matter where you look, always ask to see the laundry rooms. That tells you everything.
