BUG INFESTATION
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 10/6/2009

I dont know what went on in 2008 wtih Ruby Martin, however, I strongly suggest not moving there. This manager likes to save money, even if it is at the expense of the tenants. These apartments are bug infested. Even though they have a bug man come out, Ruby does not treat the apartments on a timely basis in order to keep them out.The bug man has told us that they do not treat according to the applications that are applied. They are only chase from one apartment to another. Not only that, most of the buildings have black mold within them which is very hard to get rid of. She also does not allow the pool to be open all summer, only when she wants it open. She also patrols the parking lot like a policewoman in the overnight hours which concerns me as to why she has to do that. Ruby also picks and chooses her favorite tenants which is unfair. Here it is, if you dont complain to Ruby she is your best friend. It is too bad that Yarco does not do a surprise inspection on the property to see how she really runs it. Also, they need to go back and check how many assistants Ruby has had since she started there, she cant keep one. When the city finds out about her bug infestation, then maybe Yarco will wake up andfind that Judy needs to find another manager who actually cares and not play games with their tenants.
