Won't recommend I lived here for a bit. There was a leak in my ceiling that near was fixed and I got sick from it. The plumbing and pipes were horrible. The property didn't want to fix the pipes or plumbing, which really needed to be done. The only good thing was the rent was cheap.

I like Pinegate I am going on my 2nd year at Pinegate and I love it. The staff is always helpful. The best part is having the washer and dryer in the unit. I really like that the people who live here are mostly young adults 30 plus . Quite and safe.

Fox Run Should be avoided ALL COSTS!!!! yeah... I was going to move in, all the paper work had been done. They decided that they weren't going to honor the $125 off the first month's rent, even though is was on the lease contract. They said some about they dont honor incorrect info.
