I enjoy having friends come over and be genuinely surprised at my apartment.
I'm not the best decorator, so I'm pretty sure the credit goes to the building itself.
Consider the amenities Nieman offers, as well as location, safety, and staff and you'll find you're getting value and quality most others aren't.
I've lived in enough apartment complexes to know that the staff is critical to making your apartment feel like home.
Nieman's staff is the best I've encountered thus far.
From the person at the front desk to the maintenance team, they deliver prompt, honest and friendly service.
There never has been a maintenance issue I've called in that hasn't been successfully repaired that day.
Convenience is not to be taken for granted.
I'm minutes within everything I need from groceries, shopping, dining and a brand new 24-Hour Fitness.
The police station nearby adds extra peace of mind.
With all of these factors in mind, it's easy to call Neiman my home.
I encourage you to consider Nieman when shopping around for apartments.
