I lived here for one year. Beware if you live on the bottom floor. There is no insulation between floors and you can hear everything. Along with all the noise from people going up and down the steps.

Watch out because they will also keep your deposit. I got charged for dust in the chandelier and leaves on the patio (patio was not clean when I moved in)not vacumming or mopping the kitchen floor. I cleaned my apt. every weekend. I left it cleaner than when I moved in. Think twice they are nice to get you in there then jerks when you leave. Take pictures before you move in and when you leave. Also try to be present for final walk through when you leave and you will leave.
