A Home, Not Just an Apartment

For two years, I had the pleasure of calling Nieman Square "home." I only moved after deciding to return to grad school to pursue my doctorate.
The apartments are conveniently situated in Shawnee, KS, just minutes away from I-435 and I-35, with a 24-Hour Fitness center within walking distance.
In general, the buildings and grounds are beautifully maintained. Noise was seldom a factor. I was always fortunate to have quiet neighbors.
The few times I had anything go wrong, maintenance was always quick to respond.
However, in my opinion, what truly sets Nieman Square apart is its staff. To a person, they were unfailingly polite, professional, and made living there a true delight.
I am a CPA and would often times be away on an audit, yet it was always a comfort to know that Scott, Sarah, or someone there at Nieman Square was there should anything happen in my absence.
I would highly recommend Nieman Square to anyone looking for a home, not just an apartment. It was truly a great place to live!
