I have lived here since August 2005 and I love it. Even though I have only been here a short period of time everything I have requested has been taken care of. The maintenace here is excellent. They make sure to get all of my requests done that same day. At night when I get home there is always a place close by for me to park my car and not have to worry about walking 100 yards before reaching my apartment. The staff at Nieman Square is always courteous when I come in; and they always greet me with a big smile and and a "hello ____." I never lived somewhere where they know me by name and not apt number. I love the fact that the manager is always there to talk to whenever I have a problem. As for the apartments! They are wonderful! Everything I wanted I got without any fuss or hassle. I would recommend Nieman Square to anyone looking for an apartment complex that puts the resident first!
