Never get our deposit back. We moved to CA but didn't break the contract. We notified them that we got to leave and the manager said that We have to Pay 2 months rent in advance in order to NOT having a BAD record on the credit report. However, we supposed to get the deposit back by mail.

We called in BUT the NEW manager said that WE will not be getting out deposit back.

The policy of the company is that if you can't finish your lease(for whatever reason)you can "buyout of your legal obligation". That agreement states that you forfeit your security deposit when you buyout of your lease.
