My now-fiance and I lived there for a year, and we experienced problems from the get-go. The reviews you have read about not getting your deposit back are completely true. We shampooed the carpets 3 times before we left, and they said the carpet had to be destroyed after we left. It was in way better condition when we left than when we arrived. The insulation is horrible between the apartments. Our air conditioner froze over numerous times, and when they ordered a new conditioner, it sat in their maintenance garage for over a week because the maintenance guys weren't "allowed" to put it in. Our electric bill the first month was over $140 because we got charged for the air conditioner running CONSTANTLY due to it being frozen. The only person we liked dealing with was canned a short time after we moved there because management changed, and she didn't "fit in" with the new system. NEVER, NEVER lease an apartment there. You could find a much nicer, bigger apartment for way less.
