i lived at nieman square and found the complex to be very accomodating. staff was more than frindly and willing to accomodate requests. they were open to sugestions and tried to create a community atmosphere with gatherings and events. i felt very safe and thought shopping and location was superb. considering this is northern johnson county, i felt i was in a super place and would recommend it to single, middle age adults. All the commodities of an expensive complex without the cost. pet friendly and park like.
