We read so many disappointing reviews about so many complexes but no one can write a bad review about Neiman Square. This is the best. I have lived here two years and, were it not for personal needs, I would stay here forever. The staff is always friendly and helpful - often above and beyond call of duty. Maintenance men are on their toes to fix things as soon as they need fixing. The apartments are light and airy. Good circulation when windows are open. Good heating/cooling durning hot or cold seasons. Great closet and storage space. Perhaps it is because they are owner-managed but this is the best I have ever seen for making an apartment a real home.
