I will start by saying that I did not rent at this property, but only because it came down to choosing between this property and one that included a carport, security alarms, and was a gated community, which were important to me, as my husband hasn't relocated to KC with me yet. I was very impressed with Dayna, as she was very pleasant, helpful, and followed through with everything she said that she would do. It's a great location with lots of shopping/services nearby. The property that I did choose is much larger, and it has been difficult working with the management to get things such as mailbox keys, alarm codes, etc., as you must be there during their business hours. Having relocated from out of town to start a job, I am working a lot of overtime to get up to speed, and asking to leave early to get to the apartments for this or that is not making a good impression on the new boss! If I am still renting when my current lease is up, I will probably give serious consideration to moving to Nieman Square!
