Can't say enough GOOD THINGS about this place (especially management)

This may be a little older apartment facility but they take very good care of it and management is EXCELLENT! (Plus, being a little older brings the cost down too, right') Just got new roofs on ALL buildings. Replace "old" parts/equipment regularly... They just really take care of the property. They even have recylcing!! It's quiet, maintanence requests are handled VERY fast, and there seems to be no turn-over in my building. (Others must be happy too!) ...
