Nieman Square is conveniently located, and it is an awesome place to stay. The rent is very affordable. Maintenance is excellent. Whenever, I have a problem it is fixed immediately. Not only is it fixed immediately. But management ask each time you pay your rent, if there is something you need done. They even clean your carpets for free as often as its needed. It really doesn't get much better than that. They send monthly news letters via e-mail telling you everything that will be going on. We have a recycling center, and excercise facility. So they not only care about you, but they also care about the EARTH! There are so many good things about living at Nieman square apartments. Everything you expect out of a property is met above and beyond expectations. I've been living here 5 years, and the only reason I would move is because I would be purchasing a house. The management team knows you by name, and treats everyone with respect. I also love that they are very understanding, and very up front with everything. It really feels like you're "@Home!"

Wow you really love your place that's good for you. What you forgot to mention though is all the bratts running around bumping into cars. I got more door dings in one year than I did the entire 6 other years I owned the car. You also forgot to mention the crappy insulation that puts it on par with every other apartment complex. I had ice growing on my walls and windows!! As for the exercise room- I agree its really nice to have, but the treadmills and the bikes need to work! I do agree management is nice, and the grounds are well kept.
