Overall, it was a nice place to live.

The outside architecture is cute and cozy, but the inside could use a little updating...outdated light fixtures, cabinetry, and vertical blinds.

Very quiet and loved the access to the park with walking trail.

The garage was nice, but public parking spaces were at times a problem.

The pool is nice and you generally have it all to yourself.

The office staff was friendly and helpful.

Maintenance was mediocre...most things repaired fine, but took several calls to get the air conditioner fixed.

Back of complex gets upkeep last, so our building had a lot of chipped paint on handrails and could have used a little facelift. (New paint promised on outdoor handrails within a few months of move-in and was not done.)

Carpeting was not "brand new" as promised, but was new-used carpet (reconditioned carpet). It was clean, but already matted down when I moved in.

Nice neighbors and very convenient location.

Would definitely recommend.
