I would like to recommend Pinegate West to anyone looking for a very private and home-like apartment. The staff is very professional, kind, and will go out of their way to help the residents. The noise level was low and the neighbors all seem really nice. The rent is a bit higher than others in the area, but well worth it compared to competition in the area.

Thank you for your feedback on the community. We are pleased that you think this is a nice place to live. As you know we are in the process of updating the exterior of the buildings, and this should have a positive effect on the bills.

Those huge gas bills...I remember when I lived there around 7 yrs ago and received an over $150 bill(for a 1 bdrm) and no where I've lived since have I ever seen utility bills so large. Yes the place was great for noise redux with no one above or below you, but the price you have to pay for that...I just couldn't afford to live there.

Are you sure you aren't leaving your stuff running all the time? I've NEVER EVER had a gas or electric bill like that. I've lived in both a bedroom, on the the second level, and a 2 bedroom on the ground level.

The rents at Pinegate West and Pinegate are NOT higher than comparable units in JOCO. They are in fact, much lower; especially when you factor in the garage. Most apartments in JOCO "with" a garage are going to run you $750 for a 1-bed; and upwards of 1k for a 2-bed unit.
