It was a challenge finding an affordable apartment with all of the features I need. I have never (other than the sound of the washer) heard my neighbors. I'm a short drive from downtown and south OP. I know the washer is small but hey, you're not paying for water. Deal with it. You sometimes can hear a garage door open, but you would have that level of noise in a single family home as well. Every apartment community has its ups and downs, but Pinegate has many more marks on the up side.

If you complain about Pinegate, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be happy anywhere.
