This is the place for you. If you like to make noise and stomp around like an inconsiderate -------, this is the place for you. If you like to throw your cigarette butts on other people's doorsteps, this is the place for you. If you like trash overflowing from the trash compactor, this is the place for you. If you like loud cars and loud car stereos that rattle your windows at 1, 2, 3, 4 in the morning, this is definately the place for you. If you like rude management (MICHELLE IS ONE OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH), this is the place for you.
I follow the rules, I pay my rent on time, I have followed procedures when making reasonable noise complaints. Was anything done about it' NO...I had to take the woman to court, after she threatened to (and I am quoting) "Kick my ------- ass and kick my husband's ass." Was she evicted' HELL no.
So, if you like the aforementioned activities, this is definately a place you would love to call home.

This person obviously has issues not only with her neighbors but everyone else in Kansas and probably ought to be taking meds.

Actually she sounds pretty sane......if you like any of the things that she has mentioned in the review, clearly you are the person who needs to be taking meds....

Okay, first of all, if you were literate, you would know that I do not have a problem with everyone is Kansas. I only have problems with rude, inconsiderate people and bad management. I do not a problem with my neighbors (plural). I HAD a problem with one neighbor, who threatened to kick my ass if I did not let her stomp around and have parties at all hours of the night. I'm sorry, but some of us have jobs and kids. I pay rent just like she did. I don't think that I deserve any less consideration than the people around me who are also paying their share of the rent. I also do not think that I should keep quiet about people playing their car stereos loud enough to rattle my windows. This is an apartment review site. These are the experiences that I was sharing with the public. This might not be a unique experience, and in as far as I can see - I am not the only person who has complained of these activities or the rude managers that work at Prairie Lakes. It has nothing to do with being mad at anyone. As far as the apartment itself, it is decent. Although, I think my only complaint would be that there is little drawer/cabinet space. So, if you do not like my review, instead of critizising me, why don't you put the things that you like about Prairie Lake Apts. into a review of your own?

This is very true if you live in the apartments closest to 67th street or down by the lake. There is nothing but teenagers who stay up all night playing music, or children who run around constantly bumping.
