First..All of you losers that have time to sit and write negativity need to move elsewhere and try to ruin someone else's good time. This is the best place I've ever lived, the entire staff is kind and cooperative, yeah they had a fire, due to careless smoking...you idiots need to put your cigg butts out properly before you kill someone. And if you don't like the manager or the other people in the office then just move out, nobody has you handcuffed to the door, if the cops are called on you, beleive it YOU DESERVE IT, DON'T WHINE THAT THE STAFF ISN'T DOING THEIR JOB, THEY ARE SOME OF THE BEST THAT I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

Gee, this doesn't sound like someone working for PLA at all! You are obviously one of the many people people have been complaining about in the first place!

I agree with you, Prairie Lakes is not that bad. It all depends on what type of tenant you are. I think the people who are on here complaining need to leave and let someone who wants to live here move in.In my opinion, it's the best deal in Kansas because you get a garage, washer and dryer, walkin closets, and a spacious apartment for under $600/month. You only pay electric, and my bill is always under $30/month.
