I'm not sure where to begin. My entire experience with Prairie Lakes Apartments was a nightmare. I would not recommend living at Prairie Lakes Apartments to my worst enemy. To begin with, the staff appears friendly initially, but as soon as you sign a lease they are unhelpful, rude, uninviting and much of the time, unavailable. In several instances, I had problems that needed to be discussed with the manager, Michelle. However, Michelle was uncooperative, hateful, rarely available and in my opinion, should not work in a field where she has to deal with people. So, my largest complaint was with the staff and management, but there many other issues. For instance, I had issues with noise from neighbors, faulty phone wiring problems that were the apartments financial responsibility, but came out of my pocket and also, delayed maintenance repairs. It is a large apartment complex that owned by a nationwide company who only seems to care about money and not the residents. I would definitely NOT recommend living at Prairie Lakes Apartments.

I don't understand how maitenance problems and faulty wiring can be construed as being uncooperative?? Does anyone else see the irony here? A complaint about this craphole and suddenly they are "uncooperative" and "hateful".

Well, this is Prairie Lakes, not the AMLI's. You get what you paid for. You obviously pay less to live here than other luxury apartments,so don't expect 5 star treatment. In my opinion, it's the best deal in Kansas because you get a garage, washer and dryer, walkin closets, and a spacious apartment for under $600/month. You only pay electric, and my bill is always under $30/month.

I live at Prairie Lakes for two year within last year new mangerment is awsome. The Maint. team is the best!!!!!! Respond on work order is always within 24 hour day or night. I would recommend living here to anywhere.
