I love it here but only complants were that the floor is so sticky and not able to keep it clean when i first came in and saw it so clean then later few month later it started to look more glue on the floor. and also I had few nice people started to treat me nicely if they asked me to do what i can do for them for the best. since i am in wheelchair and also i have serivce dog so and i am hard of hearing. sometime my life is hard trying to clean the dog waste because i can't get over the crube on the grass to clean the dog waste. i will do my best to do what i can do. but my dog love this place. and so do i because the bathroom is big enough for me to get around and the kicten too. sometimes i can feel people walking upstair and making lot of noise. i don't smoke but people just throw butt on the grounds near my door or patio which that seem like need to be more clean than before
