I've lived in both Missouri and in Kansas and at a few different properties in the last 20 years and I have to disagree with all of these things that people have said on this site about every property. First of all everyone has a job and when they do their job most people who don't like authority complain.

Here's a BIG KUDOS to all of you apartment personnell that do your jobs even when you have to read smut like i've seen on this site. Keep up the good work and be glad these complainers are gone!
