In almost every industry/business today, customer service and professionalism are extremely important. Since I have lived at Prairie Lakes, the management has fallen well below a five-star rating. Never would I tell a tenant that I don't have 10 extra seconds to answer a yes/no question and proceed to complain about being the only one in the office and go on to list every little thing that I have to do that day. I would ALWAYS spell-check my memos that I stick in the door clip and certainly make sure I can write in complete sentences. If I tell a tenant that he/she can pick up a key at 9am on move-in day, I absolutely would not make him/her stand around with a truck full of stuff in the rain for 2 hours waiting for someone to show up to open the office. And for the record, taking part in a heated argument with another staff member in front of two potential tenants isn't really what I would call professional. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Anyone can tell by your user name how disrespectful you are as a person, why would you call another person a .......#? You do know that you will ultimately have to own your comments at some point, however it doesn't look or sound like you are a person who has any class anyway, so why don't you just move out?

It's funny that they are so busy yet they have time to answer back acting like they are not the staff when we know it's THE STAFF writing back. NO ONE IN THESE APARTMENTS LIKE THE STAFF.

I can't believe the office staff would write such horrible responses. It is so obviously them. I know I won't be leasing there anytime soon just due to that. Did she seriously say get a job, get a life and say they didn't pay their rent? I would not ever put up with that. Good luck keeping residents with an attitude like that.

I've lived in these apartments since 2004 and there have been a few management companies come and go as well as staff. If you don't like these people just move out nobody is keeping you there. As for me I enjoy everything about the apartment and the staff has always been courteous and kind.

Michelle is a problem there. I paid my rent on time, I have a job AND thankfully I did get out of there. And the saddest part is, I was so happy to move in there, because the apartment itself is very nice. Even the pool is kept very nice. What I did have a problem with is the staff and Michelle, losing my checks, noisy residents without any common curteousy and the hatemail that was constantly put on our doors by the Prairie lake apt management. The people that live there aren't retarded (for the most part) - we know that we should dispose of the dog ---- in a reasonable manner and not throw our trash willy-nilly in the complex. Sheesh. Perhaps if they did not spend copious amounts of time writing those little hateful messages to the residents, they might have five seconds to chat with a resident about a valid concern.
With that said, I had minimal problems with the apartment itself, and the amenities are nice as well.
Treating the people who are ultimately paying your salary like ---- is not a great business practice. Just saying.
