I have been living here since September 2005 when the rent was $590 then it went up to $670 then it went up to $690 which isn't a problem. The other problem I have isn't with the management it's with the other tenants throughout the complex not knowing how to park in between the yellow lines, the kids don't act like they have any home training and people driving around with their beats blasting late at night like people aren't trying to sleep.

There is a problem with the management, in my opinion. They have lost my check, forced me to pay extra because of their incompetence and have been rude with me when making a complaint against a neighbor who let her kid drop bowling balls on the floor above us...(yes...that is an exaggeration, but at two o'clock in the morning, that's what it sounded like to us). We were even forced to make a police complaint on a TUESDAY for loud music and people knocking on our door at 3 a.m. asking for beer or alcohol. (I'm not saying that's the manager's fault...I'm just saying - that's ridiculous in general.)
I did not like that place and I am happy I moved out. The only decent thing about that place is that the upkeep is tremendous, it's a nice looking place - and they have managed to keep it looking nice. However - again - the rent - for us - was outrageous. When we moved in, rent was $550 and the next year it was $710 and then the year after that it was $718. That is an increase of almost $200.00. That is unreasonable for any person, rich or poor.

I find the management to be very personable, but sadly, less than helpful in times of need. No, I am not here to complain about them, however, when someone tears appart your possesions, while at their properties, you would assume they would do something to help you out. Even if it means going outside of their policy, just to get a garage, or some sort of protection. That said, the "bowling-ball" analogy is sad, but true. The walls are thin, but the facility sure does look nice!
