Possibly the worst apartment complex ever. This is THE quinticential dump. Everything is falling apart... the toilets, the walls, the pipes, the appliances, everything. You name it, it's falling apart. And as far as noise goes... it's like having an IASCA contest outside your apartment every night!!! I'm talking INTENSE Db drag racing... these people are really duking it out with their car stereos!!! Absolutely nothing has been done about it... the Chinese water torture just keeps getting worse and worse. The apartments look as if they were built nice originally, back in 197X... but have gone to hell in a handbasket. The walls leak just about everytime it storms, the toilet is now broken and has to have a lever manually pulled inside to flush correctly, the white doors all have black smokey smudges on them when we moved in, the painting job was horrible and went over onto the carpet, the fridge had to be replaced, foul odors (not from other peoples cooking) often waft around, the windows crack and have to be replaced in the winter (and forget opening them, the ancient latches will devastatingly bust out on you eventually), the ceiling is caved in in the heater closet, the bathroom floor has nails sticking up (after being redone 2 years back), the caucing has completely disintegrated in the shower, the ceiling comes off in big pieces in the bathroom. Yep, about the only good thing about this apartment is that it has a damn good propane stove. That's it. Basically, come here if you want to get high, listen to rap really, really loud, and you aren't white. If you don't fit those... get ready for weird looks by everyone, including the management. The cops are here every night just about. One more thing... be prepared to get pulled over for going 20 in your own parking lot.
