Welcome to Quivira Place, Your Hades on Earth Community and you get to pay for the privilege of living here!!! Don't be fooled by all the office staff. They aren't empowered to do anything without the Community Manager's permission and she is gone or busy more often than not. Storm damage is ignored. Vandalism is rampant. Dumpsters here are used to put garbage both in and around (very gross). The swimming pool is open at staff's convenience (remember, you pay... you don't actually matter, though).
