When I first moved in to these apartments, things were decent. Then, we switched management a million times and things really went downhill. It is trashy and loud and there are lots of police around a lot. One swimming pool has never been opened in fear of flooding aparments. The other one is only open some of the time. An apartment burned a few years ago and there are still boards on the windows. In summary, don't live here and if you do, make friends with the police.
