THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE...
I have lived here for almost 12 months and I am moving out a month before my lease is up. They send out notices that they are coming by to inspect the apartment or spray or make sure all the fire hazards are safe, well they NEVER have shown up to this day. The police are constantly THERE!!! There are so many drugs on the property, there are bugs growing out of places you wouln't expect. Management SUCKS! They have a new manager every two months. They don't know how to keep the grounds. Parking is a nightmare. And the street light to get out takes ten minutes for it to turn green and then you have to zoom through it before it turns yellow in .5 seconds. This place is awful, when I moved in there was hair all over my tub, mold, the tub was black (when it was supposed to be white) I didn't get to see the my apartment till the day I signed my lease and by then it was WAY TO LATE!! I have fallen so many times due to the rain, because the outsides of the house are all wood and when it rains its builds water and stays there. There are puddles of mud everywhere and you don't have a porch or deck or anything that has privacy. The appliances are so out dated and not working very well. And the carpet is NASTY! The windows don't work and if they do they break. And when the staff leaves it sounds like a concert in my neighborhood, and management doesn't do ANYTHING about it. It's the worse thing possible. I hardly get any sleep.

I couldn't agree with you more. Everything down to the not getting ANY sleep is 100% accurate. Before I moved in I was told to make a list of everything that was broken or wrong with the apartment, that was December of last year and guess what....nothing has been fixed. The management cares nothing about the tenants here! I'm so glad I'm not the only one that hates this apartment. I'm moving at the end of this month and I couldn't be happier.
