We moved in about 3 months ago, and it has been a living nightmare. We had no door to the bathroom or bedroom despite daily calls to the office, the cieling is cracking, the toilet leaks constantly, cockroaches enter from every tiny crevice despite the "exterminations" they do every two months, parking lots are badly lit, drug dealers live in every other unit, the walls are thin as paper(if you like hearing domestic disturbances EVERY night, this place is for you), and to top it all off, the management is HORRID!!!!! We were behind only about $150 in december, we then paid that balance plus January rent AND half of February, they told us we were not going to be evicted. On January 26th, two County officers showed up at our door telling us we had to leave. When we called the manager, she informed us that they were not letting us stay unless we gave them $500 for "lease reinstatement" even though we have a baby on the way. If you have any other options, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE.

strongly agree you call the city code inspector about the stuff that needs to be done for they will get a nice fine for that. ps that's what i did lol
