When i first moved in, i heard that Quivira Place was a Ghetto. However, i also learned that a new management compant took over and was restoring the place. I have lived here now for 2 months and am completely satisfied with my apartment and the staff that works with Quivira Place... If you need to save money... this is the place.

Sounds like someone from the office wrote that, no one can say that they are completely satisfied, this place is a D.U.M.P. They have as --------------------------------------, who has no respect for anyone, ------------------District Manager, who oversee this place and some other dumps in town, she is the poor excuse for a humanbeing, -------------------!!

lol your on something from next door or you must be one of the druggies that live here. The pool hasn't even opened yet and its MID JUNE. When you go to a public pool to try and swim you get a response of your not a resident. Because we are on the border line of Shawnee and lenexa everyone wants to push you off on what ever side they want. Also when you try to move out they want 2,000 and more. It's a trap that's what. Don't Live here
