You definitely get what you pay for: not much

I am a current resident at Cedar Tree, and am looking elsewhere to live. It was a good place to live while getting on my feet and for those looking for economical living. The maintenance is good...they respond and act promptly. The staff is definitely NOT the friendliest in the world, but they are knowledeable and can answer your questions. The apartment itself is very small (I have a 2 bedroom) and I am assuming pretty old by the looks of them. The grounds aren't kept well in bad weather. It is very likely you will slip, fall, and break your neck before someone gets out to shovel/salt the walkways/parking lots. When it rains near my apartment, there is waterfall you have to go under (water pouring down from somewhere) to get to your apartment or the stairs depending on which floor you are on. If you are looking to go work out, what a joke. The "work-out room" is small and 85 percent of the equipment doesn't work or has been obviously vandalized. I see cops in the parking lot more often that I would like. You can hear everything around you: I hear the girl next door having sex daily, the guy next door singing to his blasting music, and the people above talking and listening to their music. I definitely would not live here again. I would recommend this property to those who need something quick and cheap. It's not horrible, but it is lacking a lot in many areas. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
