Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Ever since crest took over this property the place has really gone to hell. The office staff is very unprofessional and should be running a trailer park instead of an apartment complex. Construction jobs are started and never fininshed. And the construction workers show now regard for the tenants. Every morning I am greated to the sounds of jack hammering and walls being knocked out as early as 6am. My cable line was cut by the construction workers and I fell into a manhole that was not properly put back into place. They say they want to make this place "upscale" but I just don't see it happening. The apartments are too small and honestly you can find a better apartment for the same price elseware.
