IF YOU'RE SQUEAMISH, DON'T READ THE LAST PARAGRAPH.

Lived there for 4 months (Sept, 2004, - Jan, 2005), then bought a house.

Washer/dryer were promised to be installed. At end of 6 month lease, they were in place but were never hooked up.

Windows leaked like a sieve. Put plastic over them and the slightest breeze just bowed out the plastic and pushed the blinds away from the windows--reduced privacy, that's for sure.

Very noisy parking lot (horns blaring every morning); LOUD music from neighbors upstairs and besides overwhelmed my own television at high volume (thin walls). Walls so thin that you could hear every time some took a shower or flushed a toilet as you could hear the water running down the pipes in the walls. (I imagine the top floor wouldn't have this problem.)

And the worst: in spite of their 1x/6 week bug treatment, I woke up SEVERAL nights with roaches crawling on me. (Not to mention how many were in the kitchen and bathroom and I had TWO PACKAGES [twelve traps] of traps set out for them.

well seems that you have issues buddy. i mean i've bee living here for almost a year. and yes the washer and dryer took a little longer but it was the city who delayed them.(i checked)and about the bugs. "you probably were one of those people that don't keep your dam apt. clean! i never had bug problems. i keep my house clean. dont believe this idiot. he/she was probably evicted for not paying rent.
