I've lived here for 3 years and am in the process of moving out. I call it the Retreat to Hell. The office and maitenance staff are a joke. I had black mold in my bedroom over a year due to a leak in my air unit, which ruined my carpet and a dresser - before they finally did anything, and that's only because I threatened to sue and report them to the Housing Authorities (which I have none anyway). They barley even did anything about it. It takes months to get simple maintenance issue fixed - like a dripping faucet even. The office/maintenance have lost their copy of my key twice now, which is a HUGE security issue. Especially if your a single female living by yourself. During the installation of our washer/dryers. Maintenance broke through my chain lock twice while I was in the shower. I came out to find them in my apartment. That's breaking and entering! Why would I feel safe knowing God only knows who has my keys and they've proven they can and will break in. The cops basically live at the complex - always there for something. I've only stayed because of my financial situation. If you can afford NOT to live here...DON'T. Unless you want to live in hell, because that's where you'll be - and the staff are -----'s demonians!
