I read all the reviews and am wondering if we live in the same place. Since moving here about a year ago, I haven't had any problems! Everytime I have to call or come into the office, I am helped in a reasonable time. The girls in the office have all been helpful and the maintenance workers have always done there job properly. True, sometimes you hear things outside, but that's apartment living. I Never hear my neighbors stomping around or parties all night! I defenitly plan on renewing my lease when the time comes! Living in the retreat I could hear the guy above me using his toilet. I don't know where this person lived but it wasn't the retreat. seriously.
