If you have read my review titled "This is Crap" my situaion has finally been addressed. I am not changing my attitude, just finaly getting some issues resolved. I can not blame all my gripes on the current manager she is not the one who was incharge at the time of my move-in. When I moved in my apartment the place was not at all completed and you could tell some one didn't care or the just had no clue what they where doing. I know that with a new manager you will get a better staff and hopefuly better attitudes. Some things take time that I understand but how long' Not every work order is a priority but sometimes residents just need a phone call atleast saying when it will be completed. I would have to say management stepped up and listened to what I had to say. Thank You to the staff for addressing my issues and understanding my frustrations.

Yeah, that is very true. I myself told them that the kitchen faucet leaked badly when I moved in and it took three trips to finally get someone out to replace it. Total time? 10 days. During that time, I went to Home Depot and got replacement parts for everything else.
