It's very easy to complain about this complex in general, and not as easy to compliment. One person in particular though has made a compliment very easy to give. Everyone is quick to complain, but people rarely take the time to give credit where it is due. Our maintenance guy James has been a huge help. We have had countless maintenance issues here and still some that we haven't even wanted to deal with yet, but everytime we do James has been here for us, happy and good spirited, each time bringing a good sense of humor along. 8:00am on Memorial weekend is probably one of the worst times to be woken up to go to work. I have some family staying with me for the weekend and we woke up to a broken toilet, I seriously considered urinating in my front yard, pretty sure the people living around me wouldn't have even thought that was strange (we don't put much past them), but im a sissy girl and peeing in public is not my cup of tea. So I had to call the emergency maintenance and as usual James was here in good spirits. Thanks for waking up in the morning and helping us out!!!! James does a great job and if there is one thing we like about living here it that we have him on our maintenance staff. With the amount of issues here its nice to know at least someone will fix them.

Yeah...you don't have much to complain about because you have actually SEEN a maitenance person! What about the rest of us who have never even seen one, much less had one actually fix something in these dilapidated apartments!? I'm sorry but maitenance is something you pay for when you rent that you absolutely do not get at the Retreat. You are the exception, not the rule!
