The retreat was refered to us by a friend they look nice enough on the outside but its not the same inside.

Problems:
-Fridge wasn't working when we got there.
-Micrwave broke within a month
-Both door handle on front door and bedroom broke twice and had to be fixed
-lock on front door was broken
-dishwasher would stop up constantly and smell like sewage once a month
-apartment was extremly dirty when we got there later we found dead roaches on the floor under the fridge and oven and even in the clock thats on the oven
-Roaches everywhere would turn on the lights and they would scatter my month 9 of us being there they were gone but before then it was bad.
-Both sinks would leak off and on and mold was growing under the kitchen sink
-NEIGHBORS WERE HORRIBLE, we had it all when we moved in frat boys lived above is and to the side and they constanly were yelling at 2 in the morning playing music, parties, and even vomiting or peeing in the bushes in front of our apartment, THEN it was the group of mexican out front playing salsa music ALL DAY LONG, after they left there was a couple living above us that had parties and the guy would beat his girlfriend occasionally, then cops were called ect. this happened about 8 times or so.
-Walls are paper thin can here nearly everything people are saying next to us.
-Now after all this we moved out and now the black guy who works at the front desk keeps lying to me on the phone, whether he tell's me maintenance has left a hour ago when i see them working a hour later, or telling me that he'll pass information on to the manager when he does nothing, His newest thing is telling me i have know packages over and over again when its sitting in the office the whole time
My experiance was a horrible one here and i havn't even named everything I used to live in a not so great area of grandview in much older apartment and i wish i was back there. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!
