So Far So Good.

My husband and I moved in (very hesitantly after reading these reviews) about three weeks ago. The outlets in our bedroom were broken, some screens were damaged as well, and the carpet had urine stains and smelled awful after it rained. We walked down to the office to discuss issues and management said they would put a work order in for everything. Within two days our outlets were fixed and within a week the carpets were cleaned (it still smells some, but much better than before), and our screens were replaced the other day. Noise seems to be under control, but you can't really blame the apartment complex if you have noisy neighbors. So far no roaches, but we do live in the same building as the clubhouse so that probably helps. Staff has been very kind to us and we have no major complaints.
If you aren't super picky and keep to yourself, this place should work for you. If you are the type of person to complain about everything, I'd go somewhere else.

Ya the building was built in the 80's so it's not surprising that it isn't the nicest. But the staff for the fall of '09 is on top of things.

It's managements job to listen to & resolve tenant complaints. That's why we pay them rent. People shouldn't have to "go somewhere else".
