Mgmt did not call me to tell me my apartment would not be ready on my move in day, they put me in a different apartment than orignially told, the walls are thin (I can hear the phone ringing/ vaccuum in the upstairs apartment, pool is never cleaned, weight room is a mess. Trash around the parking lot.
Basically, the mgmt does not care about this property or it's residents. For the money you can find something much better. And for a new property, this place is going downhill fast. Believe me, I am not the only resident who believes this.
