Overall I believe this is a nice looking place to stay, but it is somewhat ghetto. It's more the tenants than the management but regardless there are loud kids running around, trash where it shouldn't be, & it is also falling apart in some places. The structure wasn't put together too hot. If you're looking for a place that looks pretty good to the eye then you're ok, but if you want an overall nice place to stay this isn't it. My other complaint is the location for the kids to play-very UNSAFE coming from a mother
