Not for the faint of heart...

As my lease comes to a close, I can say without any hesitation that I will not be renewing.
Don't take just my word for it - see some of the other reviews. This complex is billed as something it is not. "Lake Views"''' - More of a marshy pond. "Fitness center"''' One bedroom-sized room with a lack of equipment. "Swimming pool"''' Hope you don't mind dirty water and dozens of unattended kids.
My primary beef' They don't tell you (or even hint at) the high percentage of "income-challenged" residents in the complex.
The complex is not built to the highest standards. I had a work order out for over three months. (I had to remind the management over and over again.) The complex is not well maintained. Trash abounds (both the people kind and the refuse kind).
For those of you who think you're getting a newly built community that is full of amenities, I implore you to keep looking.
If you've grown up in a ghetto, you'll feel right at home. If you haven't (and don't aspire to "new urban" living), I suggest you find somewhere a little more upscale.
