I have lived in these apartments for a little over a year now and have had little problem with the management. Our apartment was ready when we moved in. Our appliances have all been well maintained and any issues we have ever had with maintenance have been resolved within an acceptable amount of time considering there is only one fulltime maintenance guy and no back up for him. I do agree with most of the postings here that there are some questionable tenants that have come and gone, but I do have to admit that there are some that I am not sorry to see evicted. As for the roach problem I have yet to see it, mainly because those that live in my building and the one across from me tend to keep their apartments clean and not allow the possibility of infestation. I think that comes down to a personal cleanliness issue, which as long as the tenant is not violating any other rules, the management has precious little that they can do about it. And even though this sounds like a "glowing" endorsement let me assure you it is not. I do disagree with their rules about not allowing children to play outside until age 12-13. If you ask me that is when they really start causing trouble and hanging out and loitering. But to openly harrass a child who is calmly and quietly swinging on the swings on the playground is unacceptable, even when done by the courtesy security patrol. I want my children to feel safe, not harrassed but the athorities for playing in a justified manner.
