I love my apartment itself. The amount of space I get is efficient. The storage area is good also.

My problem is with the quality of people that have been moving in lately. It seems as though they are getting desparate for renters. The issue with the kids isn't such a problem. Some of these kids need supervision. They play in high traffic areas and tear up the new trees. I've even noticed them destroying property or bothering other tenents.

As far as noise, the only neighbors I heard were the ones fighting like children. And they got rid of them. There are some students here also, but they aren't too bad. They will control their parties and most of the time keep it inside of their own apartment.

The parking sucks. I wish we had assigned spots. I suggest that you invest in a garage or carport if there is one available in front of your unit. Otherwise you run the risk of parking down and around the corner.

We are provided with a nice, closed area for trash, but for some reason people drop the trash on the ground and just leave it there. Probably their kids taking trash out.

If you want a decent place to stay in a good area, especially if you are in the process of getting your life together to get a home, then I reccomend Shawnee station.
