I lived there for 3 yrs....the reviews that you are reading are true...management does suck there.If you have a maintence problem it takes them 3-5 days to fix it...3 times they lost my rent check and after I did a check request to stop payment they found it..very irritating. Then after that they still wanted me to pay the late fee..i look at the new management like they were crazy. I had to contact the actual property management to complain and they still didnt do anything about it. They also have something there that I call the swamp!!!! Really it looks horrible..and dont live on the side facing the SWAMP...because mosquitos will cover your whole balcony...probably like 50 of them and they wont come out and spray it or do anything about it....its not safe for kids either..Just take my advise please and dont move there...BAD EXPERIENCE
