How I really feel about where I live

The apartment construction is poor. The door to the bedroom won't close because it doesn't fit into the door jam. The washer/dryer closet that is suppose to hold a full size washer and dryer doesn't hold a full size washer and dryer unless you stack them in there in a way in which you cannot use either washer or dryer.
When filing a complaint about the neighbors above you or a request to have some work done to your apartment, you might as well be talking to your wall for as much as gets done. I talked to the management office about getting some wasps nest removed and asked them to spray and was told to do it myself.
Don't bother trying to get something delivered from UPS or FedEx, if you don't plan on being there for the delivery person. Even if you have sign the agreement that the office can receive packages for you they leave the office unattended so that packages can't even be received by them.
I have also received letters from the management office on two occasions stating that they received a noise complaint about our apartment and that they were evicting us, if the problem was not cleared up. The dates that were involved were dates that we were not even at the apartment due to being out of town or somewhere else at the time. After taking these complaints to the management office, I found out that these accusations were not even for our apartment and received no apologizes from the management office for their errors. On top of that, the letters that were provided to us were not on professional letterhead, had numerous spelling errors, and numerous grammical errors. It really made us wonder if the whole thing was a unfunny practical joke.
