The management at this complex is the worst that I have ever dealt with, literally, Michelle gives new meaning to being a Johnson County Snob, you never see the manager, never! Michelle is rude, rude, rude!!!!! I would never suggest anyone live here.

My experience with the entire staff has been pleasant, they have been prompt to greet me and I appreciate all the functions and goodies in the office. Michelle has always, always been nice to me. Maybe you thought she was rude because she told you about a late fee or something. Give the girl a break.
