I have lived hear a little under a year and don't really have any complaints. I haven't had to interact with the management staff very much but when I have they have all been nice and answer all my questions and willing to help. They even hold community events and contest which I think is kinda neat. My apartment is all right, I wish my kitchen was bigger, i cook and bake a lot. The ground are okay but can be dirty, but I blame that more on the tenants. They don't put their trash in the dumpsters, leave cans and bottles on stairs and trash in the parking lot. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors talking the shuting door. The biggest issue I have is the amount of kids running around in the parking lot. The way our lot is set up there are enclosed parking area down the middle starting at the entrance so its hard to see coming in so kids darting in and out of cars. they also throw balls at the garage doors making and horrible sound and one actually got dent in really. I feel sorry for who ever has that. There is two playground with grass and a basket ball court as well and a walking path that has a good size grassy area so I don't understand why the must play in the road. Other then that I would recommend it. It's in a good area, close to major highways and across the street from target and walmart.
